I have a 38 ft motorhome with the Ford Motorhome chassis,1999 Triton V10,6.8.Currently still running great, but several of the exhaust manifold bolts have snapped on both sides due to the exaust getting ripped off by snagging a guard at a gas station.Replaced entire system but didn't notice this till now!Have driven 5k like this and have to get back to Mi from Az soon. Will I need to pull or replace the heads or have theses rebuilt and the new spark plug inserts installed?Has 93k on engine,no prior work other than maint!

I split your post off into its own thread, that will help us focus on your issue instead of getting confused with the other thread.
Exhaust manifold studs are a common failure point on these engines, and there are ways to get them out. How is the access to the manifolds, do you have clearance to get in there with a drill?
You don't need inserts unless it has ejected a plug. Just keep the spark plugs torqued 20-30 ft lbs and there should be no issue. The original torque spec was 9-14 and some daredevils let the plugs go way too long without ever checking torque or reading them. This is the primary reason plugs eject on a 6.8L.
