Inner/Outer rocker panels How hard? Glue?

My truck is in need of inner rocker panels. I will need to do outer rocker panels too, but my question is can I use the panel glue for these or does this really need to be a welded joint(have a crappy welder so hoping to be able to use the panel glue and not need to get a good welder(moneyyy))

How hard is it to do this either way?

They need to be welded and it is important it is done correctly. This is a job that should be left to a pro. Since the inner and outer rocker panel also hold the center pillar and the side of the truck together. It is a safety issue if not done correctly. If you want more details go to a body shop and have them give you the low down on why.
