Not starting

I have a 97 f250 7.3 power stroke I started this morning and it ran for about 30 seconds tried restarting and wouldn't start. Now there is no wait to start light. I checked the fuses and none were blown, drained the fuel bowl to check to see if it's getting fuel and it's not fill back up from either tank any suggestions

Don't worry about the fuel until you get the WTS light; no WTS means your PCM isn't powering up. Double-check (use a meter) fuse #22 under the hood. Middle row, furthest away from you as you're standing over the fender. If it's blown, DON'T replace it. Look over on the driver's side of the fuel bowl. You'll see three electrical connectors. Middle one, single wire (red/green), flat spade terminal, disconnect that and tape the end off. That's for your fuel bowl heater. You don't need it, and if the heater shorts out it blows that fuse.

There've even been a couple reports of that heater or the wire shorting to ground, and it disables the PCM but for some reason does NOT blow the fuse. So check that wire anyway.
