Hello everyone: I read through quite a few posts before registering, it seems I will ad another question which was probably covered already but I couldn't find the answer. I purchased a really cool 1975 F250 4X4. Manual transmission. Truck came with an extra Dana 60 disk break diff. For the swap. Haven't gotten into that yet. What I am trying to do is find the right oil pan. It's a 360 FE no surprises, but it's a front sump pan. The motor has been into. runs great, however the pan has to be replaced. It was dented, then hammered out again, and the guy even stripped drain plug hole. (Good times) I have looked for the correct pan, can't find one. Dipstick tube goes into the block, not into the pan. I looked at the pictures of the different styles/application's of pan's on here. But can't locate the right one. Is the front sump pan incorrect for the truck? I can find those all day at a reasonable price. But if it's supposed to be a rear sump, I really wanted to have it correct and do it right. So I wondered if anyone has the right pan, and sump screen pick up for it. Or maybe someone can steer me in the right direction to find the correct part's. Any help is greatly
appreciated! Thanks!
