Do I have the correct EEC unit for my truck?

Hi All,
Does anyone know how to check for correct EEC units? My EEC-IV unit would not run a self-test. I removed it and opened it and two capacitors are leaking, so I am going to buy a rebuilt unit.

The engineering number on it is: F3TF-12A650-DA
However, this truck was not very well maintained, and on the inside cover of the unit somebody wrote 'replacement core'. So I am wondering before I order a rebuilt one if this is the correct one for my truck.

Year: 1993
VIN: 2FDJF37G9PCA67914
Type: F-350 Cab and chassis, dual rear wheels. 12' Flatbed.
Engine: 7.5L 460ci Gas
Transmission: Manual 5 speed
Calibration Code: 3-97A-R00

Background: New member here. Just bought a '93 F350 dually flatbed dump and am starting to restore it. It is running way too rich with the check engine light on. EEC self test would not initiate....

Should be a sticker like this on the door jamb somewhere, it will have the calibration code and catch code on it see if it matches the computer tag

F3TF-12A650-DA is listed to fit this:

1993 Ford Truck
7.5L Engine
Automatic Transmission
Federal Emission

My reference does not states the automatic is an E4OD, so I suspect it's a C6. That would work with your manual transmission.

A second reference states it's for a manual transmission.

I do not have the cross reference the Calibration Code to PCM part number.
