Looks like the set screw is not set on the flexible loom.
It may have loosened the screws in the connector.
Check the screws on the connector, insert the loom back in the connector, then tighten the set screw, if everything works.

I switched the 2 relays with each other and the left side started working. I guess there was some corrosion or something along those lines. Thanks for all the responses!
