Subford the 94 or 95 pcm where they late 94 or early 95 and you said 5 litres. Is it possible that some truck's got the lead caps then they started phasing out those pcm's. It also could be possible the new 5.8 truck's with emissions crap got the new caps and slowly phased out the leads
The three 95 5.0L PCM's I have are all HUG2, # on part F4TF-12A650-APC. Two of the trucks they came out of was the MFG date of 4-13-95 & the other was 4-24-95.
These PCM were for SFI and 49 states emission with 4R70W transmissions.

That's strange my trucks build date is 11/94. I did find a calibration sticker on the driver door jamb. Do you know what that means?
The calibration sticker tells the calibration code of all the parts that for that truck only.
The Ford parts department use this calibration number to look up the parts for your particular truck including its PCM Computer and all the other emission parts.
UPDATE:
I have not replaced the PCM as of yet. It was freaking out like once a week. now it is doing it more frequently. I haven't pulled the PCM again to see if it looks worse. I will do that this week. Where is the best place to get a PCM? LKQ is the closest junk yard. But they never have one in stock or one with my code. Online wants an arm and a leg like 300-500 dollars. Advance Auto Parts has one from Cardone for 165.00. Is that worth getting?
Restate the issue:
It would stall at a stop. I would give it a few minutes like 5, and it would finally start up (hard to crank) the fuel pumps would constantly run at prime and it would go in limp mode. If I wait an hour or so it would act fine as If nothing happened. When it is freaking out the fuel pumps run and I cannot pull codes.
I replace the one in my '91 with a remanufactured one from O'Reilly a couple of years back. I haven't had any problems or complaints. Mine was about $185 +core.
No, I have not ever sold one. I just keep spares for all of my trucks. After replacing the caps I test them on the truck they are for and then put them on the shelf. Then if I have any problems I just sub it out to see if it is the PCM or not.
So I have replaced the computer. I will let you guys know if anything happens tomorrow. When I pulled the old one out i took the case off again and gave it the sniff test. It smelled like a burnt board. So I hope this fixes the issue. further update to come tomorrow.
