You may already be aware, but it's a commonly asked question, the doors and cab are the same for all series trucks F1-8, so any parts you find for the interior, glass, doors, seals, etc., will be the same for your truck as it is for the smaller ones normally listed in the parts catalogs. The main difference you'll run into will be chassis parts, since obviously they're much bigger. Good luck with your project. Cheers!
The only thing different between Ford and Mercury trucks essentially is the trim and badging. Mechanically, they are identical. Yes, the M68 is the same as the F68 in Canada before 1951, or F3 in the US (and Canada '51 and later).
