Does your truck have the accelerator linkage similar to this still attached to the firewall? You will need this, or some other type of custom made system.
As for the door lock, they were only installed on the passenger side during those years. To lock the driver's side door, you pushed down on the door handle, then crawled out the passenger side to use your key to lock the door. Some versions of Ford trucks also had a steering column lock. You used the key to lock the steering wheel instead of, or in addition to, locking the doors.
Since you have a 1/2 ton, would probably need to know the engine you have...original flathead V8 or Inline 6...or something different. The linkages may be slightly different...example: how arms are bent to link to carb. I see them for sale on eBay from time to time.
I have not tried anything other than the original set up. I just found this linkage on ebay that is exactly what I have on my trucks. Since the cabs are the same from 1/2 ton all the way up to larger trucks I don't know why this wouldn't work for you. It says 1932 but if you look farther down you will see 1946 & 1947 listed
Just saw that you have a 351W. The throttle linkage attaches on the driver's side of the carb on that engine. A custom linkage of some type may be your only option as the original linkage is more suited for a passenger side design like on the flatheads.

That one you linked to on Mac's site is not the original style. The one in the eBay auction is the original. The pedal is the same for 6 and 8, but the linkage is different. Sounds like somebody replaced your original
Can't help you with the catalog parts as I've not seen this type pedal used in one of these. Looking at the later assemblies after '47, looks like they may be more of what you'll need if you want to use linkage.
In the past I've gone with chevy cable assemblies pulled at the junkyard. They were very easy to make work, being practically a bolt up deal with possibly slight mods to the carb end mounting bracket, depending on the carb, and/or adjusting the length of the pedal rod to get a comfortable foot angle. They used a couple styles of firewall mounted pivot assemblies and pedals. Pedals came with the captive pivoting type and a hinged floor mounted type like you have. That may be something to consider for your project.
I like/need the door lock on the passenger side....keeps me from locking my keys inside

Make sure that you lock the passenger door with the key from the outside. If you lock the door with the inside handle and then shut the door the key won't work.
