I bought this for $50 on Craigslist. I don't know if that was a good decision or not because looking at it i dont know where to mount a winch. and I also don't know if these are the mounts for a ford. I know the bumpers were the same just the mounts were different
There are millions of aftermarket bumpers made by millions of companies that pop up and disappear overnight. Your bumper could have been made by a big company, or some hole in the wall shop. It's pretty much impossible to tell unless it has a manufacturer's mark somewhere or someone just happens to have the same bumper.
You'll need to fabricate some kind of winch plate in order to put a winch behind it.

This is one that I have, not exactly the same but gives you an idea how everything mounts.
Guess the link didn't copy correctly, you'll have to go thru their menu.

If you want to mount a winch to that bumper than just weld on some C-channel across the bottom. Assuming the rest of the bumper is strong enough to bear the load and transfer it to the bumper brackets. But then again I wouldn't trust the bumper brackets either.
What I did on mine was mount the winch to the FRAME of the truck and then adapt my stock bumper so that all it does is cover everything up. Even the fairlead is bolted to my winch mount instead of the bumper.
