I have uploaded the factory procedure (courtesy ALLDATA) for determining the problem with Ford's Interval Wiper System to my website. I have also added the two pin charts necessary to do the test. It's very simple, and took me less than 10 minutes to do.

hi guys, yes i have the same problem with my bronco 1992 and now they dont work at all, was making the noise, it was cold out, ice storm, they worked, then the didnt, got stuck right in the middle of the windshield, with a grand baby in the back seat, totally uncool ..
now the noise still comes from behind the glove compartment, and felt around and you could hear it vibrate, so i guess it is the correct part
now, since my wipers do not work at all, have the interval type
is this the part to replace ? very broke and right now just not driving when it rains like today,
it is not the fuse, and it is not the motor for sure .
have a 1990 bronco looked for the same part but not there
it needs a possible engine ??
any help would be great !!
thanks newbie lori
