AVH-4100NEX reset

I know this isn't the typical question, but I had this stereo put in last week and it went to the rear parking grid screen and I cannot get it to reset to factory settings using the reset button, disconnecting power, etc. Does anyone know how to get it to reset so I can restart the unit?
