With measurements from my frame, and some found on this forum, and some info from members, here is what we came up with

What's the plan? Is this the start of your new frame design?

Luckily where I work, I have access to the equipment to build this. Just have to weld it together in the boxing areas

What thickness of material are you going to use, I've heard so many on here saying the frame material thickness is 1/8" on here but it is 3/16" thick.

Chad. Are you boxing the stock frame or making a new one from scratch?

Oh boy. Clean sheet design opportunity
There is a lot to gain by using a larger section frame rail, both taller and wider. Same goes for X members. Wall thickness is important for strength but is not as effective as section size for stiffness.
Section bending stiffness goes up by the fourth power of the dimension so if you had a 7.5" tall rail instead of 6" the bending stiffness would double. Here's a cool little calculator if you want to play with various sections.
Area Moment of Inertia Section Properties: Rectangle Tube Calculator | Engineers Edge | www.engineersedge.com This is why the BIG 10 chassis from No Limit uses a 10" tall rail. And a massive X member.

I have no idea to be honest. I had a guy at my work do it up. Hopefully does the metal work soon so I can progress.
