replacing cab mounts

Does anyone have or know of a good wright up on pulling off and reinstalling cab mounts

Cab mounts, as in the sheet metal fwd corner on the bottom of the cab (probably the fwd ones are rusted?) or the cab mount bracket riveted to the frame?

A little more specific question will get you a little more specific answer. Have you tried the Advanced Search? Not the Search box in the middle.

Do you see the blue line with User CP, Albums, FAQ? See the SEARCH on that line? It has a drop down search menu arrow, go to the "Advanced Search" option, top left side (search block) type in there what you are looking for and then go to the lower right column and highlight 73-79 forum. Select it and then you will have a detailed search just in the 73-79 forums.

I used EXACTLY the search posted above when I couldn't quite figure the trick to get the mounts apart. Step by step ,blow by blow (and I mean big hammer blow by blow on a couple of them) is all explained. Go for it! gary
