Factory parts seem like they don't have any... When I did the front end on my truck all my new ball joist came with fittings. Factory one's didn't have any.
Seems to be the consensus googling as well. What parts did you end up going with when you rebuilt the front? I used Moog when I rebuilt the Accord front end. They seemed good, all of them had fittings too properly maintain them.

I used Moog also. Good warrant on their stuff and it's always held up from me when I have used their parts on my other vehicles.
I'm just curious, why in the !@# don't they put a zerk in ANY ball joint? What would this add, 10$ extra to the truck?
Are they scared that folks will use too much grease? Or did it really boil down to brass tacks in the big picture? Some have zerks, some don't. I would like to have a talk with the guy that made that decision and ask him what he was or was not smoking that day.

Shorter life on the part, equals more parts sales, and more profit for Ford. 😜
