Cab mounting springs

I've got a disassembled 1947 ford half ton that I'm putting back together. I've got new wooden mounts but can't seem to find the springs. Is there somewhere that has them online? Is there a good substitute? Hoe many are there?

I'm pretty sure you need 6 total. The rear cab mounts use 2 per side and the front mounts use one per side. They are pretty much the same as valve springs so any parts store will have them.
