I don't know if it is even still a problem on the later trucks, but I got my extra EGT sensor from ebay in the mail today. I had an extra "made in Taiwan" 13mm wrench in the garage. I broke out the Dremel and cut a slot in the boxed end so the wire can slip through and the wrench can fit down over the nut. I hope I never need it but if I do it's all under the back seat.
You'll use two cut off wheels for the real craftsman stuff, because, guess what... The new sears craftsman tools are made in china...
I guess it's a good thing all my Craftsman hand tools are really old. I haven't purchased anything from Sears in years. I usually go to Lowe's because it is closer and get the Kobalt stuff when I need something. I have no idea where it is made but it seems to be good enough for everyday use.
