I am going to put 37/13.5/22 mud grapplers on my truck. I have a 2012 F250 6.7 and am debating on buying either a 3.5" ready lift or a pro comp leveling lift kit. Are these kits worth $800? Can I just buy the 1.5" taller coil springs and put the 2" spacers on top? Would that give me the same clearance? Do I even need to have the blocks in the back, or what? Can somebody help me out, thanks!

Not worth trying to scab together your own lift unless you know what you are doing with suspension geometry. With that knobby of a tire I don't think you are going to doing it with that little of lift and no rubbing especially if you ever try it in the dirt.
I'm sure people running pavement queens can get away with such small lift. With a 6 inch lift you need at least 4.5in of backspace to run 37s. I've still been able to have a tire touch a front fender more than once, but that's not happening on the street either.
Here is my 2012 with a leveling kit and 37x13.50x20 Toyo RTs on stock wheels. It only rubs on the radius arms. It is not a pavement queen, but I am not out there rock crawling in Moab with it either.

That looks juusssst right.
I am not sure about the ride height on mine, could you tell me your measurements from your wheel centerline to your fenders?
How are those tires wearing on that narrow of a wheel?

Front and rear I am at 27" from the centerline of the wheel to the fender lip.
These tires have right at 11k miles on them right now. In the pic you will notice that each tread block has a little rise on it. You can tell by those that they are wearing pretty evenly. I have rotated these tires twice now and will probably rotate again in the next couple thousand miles. I'm really pleased with them so far.
