This is not a reservoir, it's an actuator.

Also what vacuum reservoir is there mounted to the top of the blower motor casing i couldn't find one? Im dumb founded on that one? This idling problem is the only thing i cant seem to get fixed? Its just embarrassing to start your vevicle and it hunts for idle or dies! Or i have to give it throttle to get it to quit, hunting for idle!

So who's to say the reservoir is good. You state "solenoid side is capped off", but is there a supply side from the intake manifold?

That reservoir is used for more than the air injection system.

You can cap the line going to HVAC reservoir as a test. The one on my old 1992 F350 was cracked and a PO tried using epoxy to fix it. Epic fail.....

It is removable and could be sourced from a salvage yard. Never looked for a new one.

My F350 had a plastic dual chamber reservoir on the passenger fender. The bottom portion was used for the air injection/thermactor system which was long gone. I used the bottom chamber as the the "new" HVAC reservoir.
