Another dual tank question
After many lucky years without seeing this first hand it finally hit my truck. The front tank feeds into the rear tank or onto the ground. Rear tank works but takes a little extra cranking to start vehicle when warm. Based on my searching it looks like the fuel delivery module is bad on rear tank. If I'm wrong let me know. What I don't understand is the front tank will pump out fuel even if I'm running on back tank. I haven't used front tank in couple weeks, the other day I put 5 gal in front thinking it would stay there since I was using back tank. Checked yesterday & it's completely empty. Is it normal for both tank pumps to run at same time like that? Thanks
