Tailgate Access Panel Fastener Size/Type?

Tailgate Access Panel Fastener Size/Type?
My 89 Bronco came to me missing the tailgate access panel; I found one in the junkyard this weekend, but it was being held on the donor truck by 3M sticky foam tape - no bolts. Does anyone know what size and type of screw is needed to correctly fasten the access panel to the tailgate? Thanks.

Just to close the loop for the archives, my investigations found that these are Ford part 55974-S. This has been in use since at least the 1973 Ford Maverick; current spec for it is 8-18 x 3/4" with a .31 OD in stainless steel or chrome.
Alternate part numbers seem to be:
