Death rattle?
I have a 93 f150 4x4 with a 5.8l 351 with 219k miles on it. After I hit 45 mph, the truck starts to shake. Not bad, but it's still there. Upon deceleration, it becomes exponentially worse with the shaking and jumping around. I've already replaced the entire rear end, every wheel bearing and the transmission was rebuilt less than 500 miles ago. I'll also note that there is a small fat spot one the front right tire as well. Anyone else dealing or have dealt with this? If you solved it, what was the problem?

I would replace the tire with the flat spot. I would check pinion drive angle since you replaced the rear diff. And I'd have the drive shafts checked for balance and damage. Worn or incorrect transmission mount can cause similar issues.

I would bet money you have a tire that's either separated or out of balance. Also check your front end (tie rods, ***** joints and such) for play. The out of balance tire will exaggerate the slop in the steering system and give you the crazy wobble. Seen it more than once. Good luck.
