Yet another tire question

I need to get tires for my 99 4x4 expy. I heard the revos are great, and also great reviews for the youko's. So you guys tell me what I should do. I travel mostly on highway, but it snows where I live (carson city nevada) and the truck has to be able to travel in deep snow when I travel to Tahoe in winter. I would like to get the most tire for the buck (budget restrictions).

thanks for any info guys.

Yet another tire question

I'm still crazy about the REVOs. They still also have the highest consumer rating on tirerack.com. They beat every tire in every category - no small feat considering the competitors (Michelin LTX M/S, BFGoodrich All Terrains, etc.)

I can tell you from personal experience that they're hella quiet and get great traction. I have no reason to doubt their ability to handle snow, either.

I work at NTB, and while I haven't heard anything bad about Yokohamas, my Boss isn't too thrilled with them (and all he does all day is deal with tires).

I put a set of Yokohama Avids on my dad's Mercedes, and they ride, wear, and handle great. I'm guessing their truck tires are probably just as good.

I'm still buying a set of REVOs when my Michelin Cross Terrains wear out.
