The hat looking piece on the tubing. It has "Pat No. 82" and 3190274 stamped on the top. I guessed that it was a delay of some sort - to slow the heated air that was going into the choke. Am I right? Do I get a prize? LOL
The 2110 carb actually came from a mid 70's jeep. And it fits a F150. I found it sitting outside on a bookshelf while hunting near part of an old cabin. Covered with at least 1 1/2 " of dirt. I've just finished rebuilding it while inside during our monsoon.
