Hmm. I've got the new Ford pan in the garage along with the box it came in. I don't recall seeing a gasket in the box, but will take a closer look tonight.
Had to get my gasket separate. Here is the part # for the deep pan. F6TZ-7A191-A
Well, the good news is, I got the pan and filter changed out and it's not leaking anymore. The bad news is, I'm not sure why the old one was leaking (possibly a ****ty seal job - as it was globbed with gasket maker and a rubber gasket). I've attached some photos of the old pan. As you can see, the exterior is pretty rusty. The interior looks almost like new. It looks like the pan had a designated area to add a drain if desired. At first, I thought someone had broken off a drain bolt, but from the inside, it's solid and continuous throughout the entire sump area. I took a hammer and screwdriver to it to see if I could punch through anywhere. Nope. No idea why the old one leaked, but the new Ford pan is on and I now have a drain plug. I'm just happy that I'm not getting a huge stain on my driveway anymore.
Sending the Dorman pan back. Didn't even bother opening it. Made in China. The original Ford pan lasted 23 years. That's good enough for me. This truck will be scrap before another 23 years rolls around. Lastly, the fluid was quite clean and pink. After I filled up with Mercon V, can barely even feel the shifts. Thankful for a day with good weather, for once.
