Will not do anything

Tried starting f550 and got nothing, not even with a charger with start or even a jump start still nothing. Truck acts like it's has no power, can't even turn key to even move gear shifter to ensure in park. Only dash lights on. Any ideas before starting on this tomm checked 50&30 amp fuse and they are good

if you can only get it to the ACC position then it sounds like something in the ignition but without a little more info its hard to say.

Are the front wheels turned and putting pressure on the steering wheel? That can sometimes make it hard to turn the ignition.

I hate to ask dumb questions, but did you hit the starter with a hammer? Or check to see if it's heating up when nothing happens? Absolutely zero anything when you turn the key sounds electrical, but you haven't mentioned checking the component that DOES something with all the electrical power that seems to be disappearing. It's got to turn to heat or power somewhere if there's a draw.
