grounding for rear lights

I am bolting some bright backup lights to the bumper on my '95 Ford 250 truck. The factory standard is WAY too dim. Where should I look for a good chassis ground back there?
thanks

Bumper, bumper brackets, frame and body itself are all good grounds as long as they are clean of rust or paint in the contact location.

You might want to use a relay and some heavier wiring if your lights draw alot of current. The original back-up light switch on the tranny might not last very long with the heavier load, plus your brighter lights will be even brighter if they have their own heavier wire running to the rear of the truck.

I strung a separate wire under the truck body to the back for the lights - and separate switch. But drilling a hole for the self tapping screws included with the lights looked like an arduous job. The bumper or frame will do it using these self tapping screws? Guess I'll need that BIG drill.
Thanks for the help.
