Anybody have a source for....

Wheel cylinder pistons? The front cylinders on my '46 are in excellent condition, but the pistons have seen much better days. I've been unable to locate any 1-3/8" or 1" pistons. Anyone have a source for these?

I would be curious to know what people say on this too. I found some on ebay once and got more from Joblot.

I have never seen pistons listed anywhere. Just new cyls and kits with the rubber stuff. The aluminum pistons can get really stuck!

Strange they're not available. The only one I've seen was on ebay awhile back. It was photographed next to it's original box, so I know they were available once upon a time.
Beginning to think it's some kind of brake cylinder piston conspiracy.... :O

I often just buy new cylinders at napa so I may have some old ones around. I'm too cheap to throw them away, and always think they may stop being available and the dead ones would be good to resleeve. Which size you need? And 1/2 ton?

Very nice of you to offer GB! I've resolved to getting a new set of wheel cylinders, as I've wasted enough time trying to locate replacement pistons. Just seems odd they don't seem to be available NOS or otherwise. I'll have to add these to the growing list of unobtainium parts.
