Removing front tank

Removing front tank
Will be buying an 08 f550 6.4. It has dual fuel tanks which will be a problem for me as I need to put a air tank where the front tank is. Will removing this tank cause a CEL? Will this be reasonable by just removing tank and filler and capping or bypassing lines? Thanks in advance.
