Body mounts creeking
I've read threw a lot of threads concerning the body mount creek under the drivers floor board. Mine has been creeking since 60,000 miles. Have 220,000 miles now. Has anyone found a garaunteed fix yet for these little buggers?

There are likely a few causes but the top mount collapsing and the metal sleeve inside the bushing hitting the body seems like a popular choice. A new mount should cure it.

Replace it, I had tried a few methods like grinding etc.... They all just got me a month or so on my previous ex... When I replaced (OEM) and added the later on shim that also came from ford problem was solved.
