They where advertised as only having 25,000 miles and pulled from a 04 last year. That doesn't add up, but the light surface rust on the bodies made it a no thank you. So now, I found a set out of a 2009 E450. Would those be the same?
The ones from the E450 where newly replaced and then fond out #8 cyl had no compression. So should have low/no miles and there is recepts
Just talked to the owner. He said the part # was 4C3Z, rebuilds from Ford. They where installed at the ford dealer and then when they started it they found the bad cyl. So no miles on them and where install last year. They are still in the van so they will need to be pulled out. I am happy that I don't have to mess with cores when buying on line (ficm repair is $202 for Ford rebuilds).
