I bought one of their bed kits as well and found their customer service great as well. They allowed me to purchase the bed on Ebay (which I had a $100 off coupon from Ebay) and then pick up the bed from them directly in Springfield, Ohio which isn't all that far from my Michigan home. Saved the freight fee and the $100!!
