rough idle

so i thought i had a misfire but i put an extention on the injectors and they all sounded fine... im thinking about taking the throttle body off and cleaning it thoroughly, i just replaced spark plug wires a week ago... what should i look for?? i also pulleed some codes and nothing about a misfire

also, the misfire or stutter happens at higher rpms too.

There is no misfire codes for this vintage truck. There is no way for the computer to detect that.

You replaced the wires, but what about the spark plugs, cap & rotor?

plugs yes but not cap and rotor.. i also cleans the AIC valve and the entire intake system and it didnt fix the rough idle... one thing i did notice is that the rpms increase every seconds or couple seconds when the a/c is on primarily
