I have a 5x8x18" magnaflow (part #12256) muffler laying around. It's 2.5" in/out center in offset out. I have a 2012 Supercrew F150 Ecoboost.

Has anyone used this muffler? I plan on leaving the factory resonator and swapping the holy he muffler with this one. Any ideas how this would sound? More importantly how bad would the drone be in the cab. In my Focus ST it didn't drone at all, but there are a lot more harmonics involved with a turbo V6 vs a turbo 4

 

I can't answer your question, but since you have it, it isn't much of a cost to try it out. I put a full cat-back Borla-S on mine. It's a bit loud sometimes, but I don't mind it at all. Can REALLY hear the turbos with it too.
