There a lot of folks who never use it. If you've never had a use for 4WD I'd skip it and save a few grand.

Very valuable advice. I'm moving home and we get snow sometimes, but are allowed the use of studded tires or chains. The old ford was rwd so I think the black one is a winner. We'll see what happens.
