Engine ticking sound

Engine ticking sound

My truck started making a ticking sound during idle. I can hear it outside,but not in the cab. I change the oil regularly, no lights come on, should I be concerned with this?

Hi Karl,

I'd bring this to the attention of your dealership so they can inspect; they'll be in the best position to determine if the sound is normal or not. What's your truck's model year/mileage?

Some info on your truck would help. Year, engine etc
