exped window screech

Hello,

I have an 04 exped and when I roll down the drivers side window, it makes a horrible screeching noise. Usually happen whens when the window is a little dirty, or I havent washed it in a while. Now the passenger window is starting to do it too. I am assuming the seal that the window rides against needs replaced, but I dont know what it is called to buy it. I was looking on rock auto but couldnt find it. Has anyone else had this problem and this the fix? I tried cleaning it really well and waxing the window glass but it didnt seem to help. Any insight would be appreciated.

Spray all rubber with silicone spray, then use lithium grease on the window regulator itself inside, both on the tracks and on the pulleys for the wire.

I have exactly same issue, DR side only.
2004 XLT 4x4, 4.6L, 147k miles
Will tackle this when it warms up a bit in PA...and report back.
