I have a 2005 F250
When I apply power to the electric brake controller manually the trailer brakes work as should.
When I depress brake pedal the trailer brakes do not work at all.
All the lights on truck and trailer work as should.
All the brake lights come on when brake pedal is depressed.
It's acting as if there is no power from brake pedal to electric brake controller.
Are you testing the pedal with the truck moving or static? You will have nothing off the pedal until you are moving more than 5 mph. You can not test a controller using an accelerometer until you are moving and it works proportionally with the truck brakes so you will not feel it work.
