I'm pretty sure Tyger's right - check on the wheel next to the lugs - on my '99, it says "100 ft/lbs" (or does it say it on the lugnuts? I can't remember...)
Either way, there's a good chance it's stamped into the actual lugs or wheel.
Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about torquing it to 110 lb/ft. Sounds about right.

I'll check tomorrow while I'm at work.

The 12mm studs/lugs is about 20 ft/lbs less than the 14 mm versions. Regardless, there is always a "range" in a torque specification anyway and I believe 110 ft/lbs is probably a good number. I torque my 12 mm lugs to 100 ft/lbs.

Easier way to tell is with a socket. 12mm bolts have 3/4" nuts and 14 mm bolts have 13/16" nuts.
