Tailgate interchange?

Tailgate interchange?
Does anyone know if a '72 F250 tailgate will fit on a '74 F250? Does the trim from the tail light align properly? It looks like the tail lights may be slightly different heights, but it's really hard to tell.
I can get a '72 tailgate in excellent condition with the correct color for my truck and don't really mind that it is more flat on the back. My current tailgate is one of the few things in poor condition.

Thanks! That confirms what I had suspected. The dentsides have taller tail lights and don't line up. I just have to decide if the perfect tailgate with the wrong contours is nicer than the correct contours with lots of dents and rust holes.......
