I have a used one I had for my 97 F350 that I did not install. Since the ones for our trucks are hard to come by up here, I thought about trying to modify the one I have to work on the truck I am building up. I haven't put too much effort into it yet though.
Where did you find clear lens cab lights that are the OE Ford style?

But I can attest first hand to the fact that if installed incorrectly, they WILL cause rust.
I was young and didn't know any better when I put this visor on. Had I installed it with rubber washers and a bit of silicone this may not have happened. I'll repair this rust before my truck gets repainted. And then I will reinstall the visor (this time with as much waterproofing and rust preventative measures as I can take). They look great IMO. But you do run the risk of rust down the road.

I actually found them on eBay. There are several different listings all offering basically the same cab light kit. Pretty cheap. Seem to be of good quality too for the price. Search "clear ford cab lights" and you should be able to find them.
