I am putting an edelbrock 7181 RPM performer on my engine, and I am also
going to get rid of the points. I have read that there may be interference problems. I plan on getting a cheapo H.E.I. distributor. I know the air breather will have clearance problems. What about the dist.? Any recommendations on a dist? Thank you F O T.

 

I got it handled, thanks guys. It seems the only engines with interference problems are the fuel injected engines.
