Is it turning over when you try to start it? Does the 'wait to start' light lite up? If it turns over is the tach moving? It could be a number of things, like fuse 22 blown or a bad CPS.
There is no sound when we turn the Key. The engine sounds totally silent, like it is dead. The "Wait to start" lights up and goes off as normal and the "Engine Temp" and "Water in Fuel" light up.
I haven't checked for power at the starter. I am a mechanical novice... I will most likely use this information to relay to my mechanic. Unless it is ultra simple.

I crank it and nothing!
FYI if you turn the key and get nothing this is not cranking the motor..
This is can be a few but simple items, cable corrosion, a bad starter, toasted fender relay, or ignition switch/key issue. Check your battery terminals and clean them up as well as the battery leads. Then check your leads to the starter for corrosion. Its likely a toasted starter or fender relay if your connections are all in check
Go over to the passenger side fender starter RELAY and jump the two large terminals (depicted) with a screwdriver and see if this kick the starter over and in turn cranks the motor, your key will need to be on to get it to fire and continue to run.
