Advice on items to replace with 5.4 installation.

I am preparing to install a used engine. What items should I replace for the greatest longevity? I already plan on new OEM plugs. New thermostat with new hoses. Radiator flush and transmission flush. Should I switch exhaust manifold gaskets? Is there an oil filter relocation kit? The engine I have is 3V 5.4 out of a 2007 Expedition.

Cam phasers definitely. If I replace with a used engine, I will get a complete gasket kit and replace them. It pisses me off to have installed the engine and have puddles of oil on the ground when I could have solved that problem easily. Look at hoses, vacuum lines anything rubber that could have a weak spot or crack. Sensors that appear to have oil on/in them or around them. PCV valve, look at the coils/boots for cracks.
