Yeah i will just let it be and there was a mistake on the title there is no 4 the warranty sticker has an R. I can only imagine how that happened. So it is safe to say the truck is a 77 with a 400 then? That is of course unless the motor has been changed.
The title has the mistake ??
I brought up an 89 Crown Vic from VA for a son. His insurance co. caught an error on the VIN from the (VA) title. Had the local police chief verify the VIN plus took a tracing and picture of the VIN. Got the new title corrected with no problem at the DMV.
True I wish I had a photocopy of the title I got with the truck. I didn't think to check it after I got it registered.
That still doesn't overlook the fact that the title i was given listed the truck as a 1976 and the numbers are telling me it's a 1977.
