Is the stock air box on the E350 the same as on the pickups? If so, then the 6637 should fit. Having said that, the 6637 is noisier than other intake air filters. And you pretty much sit on top of the motor in a van, would you want the extra noise in there with you? If the factory air box is the same as the pickup trucks, would an AIS work?
