Hello, I have a 66 2wd with an 1980 ish 351 windsor, siginaw steering box, and ps pump. I am having a hard time finding a ps pump bracket that will line up. I have one that come off donor truck but i think it was for a 351m. I have of course scoured the internet, but can't seem to find something already made that will work. I have burnt up a pump already, so need to figure it out. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.
I don't know so much about mixin & matching but the pump bracket looks very much like the FE bracket on my engine. No idea of differences between the Ws 302 & 351 but there should be a truck load of them at the pick & pulls. IMHO
The pump looks like the Thompson on my truck as well. I believe the 351W pump was a plastic body.
We will see if this sticks or gets peeled off the wall.
Looking at your picture it seems you are driving the pump off of the front pulley on the crankshaft. I'm pretty sure like my Cleveland it should drive off the same pulley as the water pump. I believe that the front pulley on the crank will drive it too fast. Here is a picture out of a 1971 shop manual. If you can make out the details the water pump and PS pump drive off the same pulley and only the alternator drives off the front pulley.

Ford-Thompson pump has a steel reservoir (see pic in post #2 ), 1965/77 FoMoCo vehicles.
Introduced 1978, Ford C-II P/S pump has a plastic reservoir.
The OP needs to help himself by looking at these brackets to see if there's an ID number present, then if so, he needs to post the number.
Attempting to guess "which bracket may fit what" .. is a study in futility.
First an Foremost, Welcome to FTE!! My 65 w/ the 302 has same power steering bracket and pump set up as in post #2. As ND noted, and speaking from experience; after couple years, 2 belts, and a bracket later, found the pulley set up on the 302 were not a match set, once I determine which combo of pulleys to brackets made up a set it only took a few minutes to correct. Suggest post the casting # (?) on the power steering pulley, should be stamped on the inside; if possible, the bracket casting #; IMO, possibly just a matter of determining which PS pulley is the correct/match?
Again, welcome to FTE, looking forward to your input.
Well I don't know if we helped Old Red. But it sure made me realize that I didn't have my PS pulley pushed on far enough!
Appears the pulley could be shifted forward a bit, not sure it would solve the problem, perhaps posting the pulley # would narrow it down? Been down the road of adding or removing spacers to achieve the correct alignment; in my case, person more knowledgeable than I, determined I had the option of swapping either the water pump pulley or crankshaft pulley to obtain the correct set for proper alignment.
Should be able to rent-borrow a pulley installer/puller from local auto parts, or purchase a cheap setup from HF, may be good for 2-3 uses??
Well first, I am amazed at the responses I have recieved, I have never used a forum before so thank you. I have found a different pully for a 302 that looks the same as post #2. Also, it looks like my belt set up was not right either. I plan on getting a puller this week and seeing what I really have. This conversion was done as a favor from my uncle, and now I am finding out he didn't do it well. So, now to fix it.
Never can tell if seller knows the correct application for an item on auction; having said that, appears bracket similar/same as existing bracket, with correct pulleys may work??? Use caution, slippery stoop when swapping brackets, pulleys, etc., may still be faced with pulley alignment problem??
