Is it a strategy or a definition? I thought the strategy was the coding in the computer/ecu, and the definition is the file used to decode or make sense of all the gibberish the ecu spits out. Am I mixing terms up?
No. There are no TunerPro strategies available capable of tuning a MAF E4OD Computer.
Yeah, that is where it starts to get pricy. I completely took the E4OD out of the equation and use a trans controller. So I can basically use an ECU for a manual or auto trans because the trans is controlled completely separately

Sorry, definition file. The definition is matched to the strategy.
I'm pretty sure there have been members here with OBD1 MAF 460 trucks, I remember everyone being surprised that it existed. But even if that is true those trucks were rare so I don't know what luck one would have finding a PCM.
Every one I've seen is a modified truck. Never have seen a OBD 1 stock MAF truck. I've called a local Ford parts guy who can find me any part number and he was stumped. I have however, living in Southern California, seen a ton of 96-97 OBD2 F350's.
From what I gathered they just have you repin the harness to account for the firing order difference. Which from I have been reading, isn't really the best way to go about it. Although with 1 O2 sensor it probably doesn't matter much.
