Cylinder 4 misfire /back 2 lean code

Cylinder 4 misfire /back 2 lean code
I have a 2000 Ford ranger with a 3.0 v6 and it shows a code for cylinder 4 misfire. I've put new plugs and wires in it and did a spark test and it tested fine and runs fine doesn't run like it has a misfire ever also it shows a bank 2 lean code could my problem be an injector
