Chip causing p0380

Chip causing p0380
About a month ago did injectors, glow plugs, and a 38r on the truck. orignally had a TS 6-pos. Sent it into swamps for the free reburn for the larger injectors. I noticed it started different but since its gotten colder and colder ive had more issues with it starting (2-3 tries each time) has no issues if plugged in so i said screw it had my technician check it and we found out while chip is in i had this code with the chip off i have no codes. Was going to call swamps today but they are closed so ill be calling monday does anyone have any sort of idea why this may happen? Note i didnt happen with the TS files on the chip.

ive also been having a issue with a P0380 code, but being in SoCal its rarely been a problem.... now im wondering if the flash program i have (diablosport 80hp flash from a Prediator) MAY be causing my fault....hard to say as i have yet to really diagnose it yet to see if its a software issue or a bad wire or hardware problem.
